Responsible for monitoring the formulation, implementation and evaluation of the Authority’s Strategic Plan for organizational effectiveness as well as to provide administrative support to the CEO’s Office.

To provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control processes and also consulting services to the organization for continuous development.

Economic Regulation

Responsible for licensing, compliance monitoring and enforcement of economic regulation of the energy sector.

Corporate & Legal Services

Provides secretarial services to the Board and legal advice to the organization.

Finance & Administration

Offers financial management, administration, human resources and ICT services.

Consumer Services

Responsible for consumer education, monitoring of service standards, dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement.

Corporate Communications

Oversees corporate communications, advocacy, media relations, stakeholder relations and brand management.

Procurement Management Unit

Provides expertise and services in procurement and supply of goods and services to the Authority.

Enterprise Risk Management

Responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks that could impact the Authority’s objectives, ensuring proactive risk management to enhance decision-making, safeguard assets, and support business continuity.
